Base Affiliation Plan: Freedom with Support
$12,000 Annual Cap | 80/20 Split | $145 per Transaction
Our Base Affiliation Plan is designed for licensed brokers and experienced real estate agents who want to run their business efficiently while staying connected to a support system. You manage your own systems but have access to essential tools and expert guidance when needed.
Included in this plan are Google Workspace for productivity, SkySlope and DigiSign for transaction management, compliance reviews, E&O insurance, and weekly "Connections" meetings for continuous support. You'll also benefit from personalized materials like branded listing guides, client-facing toolkits, and direct access to your Broker-in-Charge and Managing Broker when strategic guidance is needed.
For agents producing under $4M annually, an Ops Add-On is required to ensure operational excellence and client care.
Operations Bundle: Full Support, When You Need It
$500/month (Paid Out of Production at Closing)
The Operations Bundle is a perfect fit for those who want to focus solely on selling without the stress of managing transactions and administrative tasks. With this add-on, you plug into a full operations system and personnel team without needing to hire your own assistants.
Included services feature a custom Follow Up Boss CRM setup, RealScout client engagement tools, a dedicated Process Support Manager, and a Transaction Coordinator who streamlines your contract-to-close experience. You’ll also have access to internally-routed leads, available with a modest referral fee at closing.
For agents who prefer flexibility, a la carte options like full TC services and document drafting are also available.

Marketing Marketplace: A Personal Marketing Department
$1,250/month (Paid Out of Production at Closing)
For agents who want to elevate their personal brand without having to manage creative execution themselves, the Marketing Marketplace offers full-service marketing support. We handle strategy, branding, social media, and print marketing—all under one roof.
You’ll receive professional marketing collateral, access to Barbour & Company’s upcoming Canva Teams library, discounted print services, and regular consulting with our marketing experts. Additional services like video production, PPC ad management, farming campaigns, and social media content creation are available based on your growth goals.

Full-Service 50/50 Plan: Everything Handled for You
No Cap | No Monthly Fees | All-Inclusive Support
Ideal for provisional brokers, newer agents, or those who want to maximize time with clients without managing backend systems, our Full-Service Plan offers comprehensive support at a 50/50 split.
This plan includes CRM access, transaction management tools, digital signing platforms, and administrative and compliance support at no additional cost. You’ll also benefit from weekly training, strategic business coaching, listing marketing support, and a custom personal webpage on our site.
The Full-Service Plan is designed for agents producing under $6M annually who may not want to invest in standalone operations support yet, but still want a professional, polished, and organized presence in the market.
